How to obtain tickets ?

Dear client,

After you completed your on-line booking you should receive within  a short time by email a detailed flight confirmation. Please check all details and make sure your name is spelled correctly. If you find any errors you would need to correct them by starting all over again. If you spelled your name incorrect it is advisable first to make a new booking and after cancel the incorrect booking. There is always the possibility that you had just grabbed the last available seats. If this happened do not cancel confirmed seats but advice our office and we will try to fix it from our end.

Within the same day or latest next working day if you booked on a weekend/holiday you should receive by email an invoice indicating the total cost of your booking in Australian Dollars. Please tread any quote you obtained on-line in any other currency as an approximation since there could be slight variations in the exchange rate.

On-line bookings need to be paid within 3 days or will get automatically cancelt by the airline. If this is a problem you would need to contact our office so we can extend this period.

To pay for your tickets we offer a few options:

If you are in Sydney you can just come to our office and collect your tickets on he spot (in most cases) EFTPOS accepted.

We do accept personal cheques in Australian Dollars, allow about 5 days to clear. International clients may sent a bank draft drawn on any Australian Bank or arrange for a TT

You can transfer payment to our account with ANZ Bank Pitt St/Hunter St. branch BSP 012003  Costumer trust a/c 354802844  Phil Travel Service Pty. Ltd. 

If you wish to pay by credit card you need to add 2% Bankcard, Visa, Master or 3% AMEX, Diners. We may reject payment by credit card without any reason unless you pay personally in our office. Also we only sent tickets to the original mailing address of the cardholder (same where your credit card bill is sent to) You would need to print this form and fax to our office.

International clients may sent payment by 'Western Union" for collection at American Express Sydney 105 Pitt St. Which is located at the same address as our office.

Payment can also be deposited with our bank in Germany. Details on request.

All fares quoted are guaranteed ones tickets have been issued.

All payments are secured by TCF (Travel Compensation Found) of which we are member.

Tickets are sent by Australia Post Courier service to any address within Australia or with Australia Post registered air mail world wide.
